Hi, welcome.I’m so glad you’re here.This space has been created from the heart—a place where all of my passions come together.I’m Nicole McGrory-Brown, a mum of three, salon owner, hairdresser, mindset coach, Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, and counselling student based in West Yorkshire.I’ve always had a passion for helping people feel confident, calm and empowered—both inside and out.From creating beautiful hair and restoring confidence through hairdressing, to helping women improve their mental wellbeing, reduce anxiety, build self-esteem and create positive change through hypnotherapy, coaching and mindset work—this is my purpose.Life has taught me that we are always evolving.Always growing, healing and letting go of the beliefs, habits and stories that no longer serve us.Through my own journey of personal growth, self-development, therapy and mindset work, I’ve created a space where women can feel supported, inspired and encouraged to become the best version of themselves.Whether you're looking for a hair transformation, a relaxing Japanese Head Spa experience, support with anxiety, stress, confidence, motivation, personal growth or emotional wellbeing, you're in the right place.​
