WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?

There is just a simple step by step form to fill out with a little information into what has lead you to booking a session for Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy. If filling a form feels to much right now please don’t worry drop me a message with your number and we can have a 5 minute phone call.

HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED?

This can vary for every person that I see but we normally say between 6 -12 sessions

(but it's all very personal)

WILL YOU HAVE ME DOING ANYTHING
OUT OF MY CONTROL?

Not at all, the mind won't allow you to do anything it doesn’t want to.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN A SESSION?

We start with asking what has been good this week, then we delve into understanding the brain, scaling of where you are right now in life, and get a clear picture of your future better self. After 

this we do some relaxation on a comfy couch where you let your subconscious do all the listening.

WHAT IF I FALL ASLEEP?

Clients come in and one of their biggest worries is that they may fall asleep during a session, but don’t worry we are all different, some people reach deeper levels of relaxation than others. It's important to note that these states aren't akin to sleep; rather, they're a heightened state of focus and relaxation where the subconscious mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and therapeutic interventions.

Rest assured, even if you don't reach a deep trance, the subconscious mind is always listening and absorbing the beneficial messages we convey during the session. Whether you're in a light or deep trance, the therapeutic process remains effective in facilitating positive change and transformation.

As the session concludes, I'll gently guide you back to full awareness, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. So, relax and enjoy this time for yourself, knowing that you're in safe and capable hands. Allow yourself to unwind and embrace the healing power of Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy.
